Our tickets portal is a helpful tool for tracking all your support queries and conversations with the Umbraco support team. If you're having trouble finding it, please make sure you are logged in with UmbracoID. Once you are logged in, we will be able to map your past and existing support queries.
If you cannot see the tickets portal and/or see your previous support queries:
Any support queries created before the 1st of November, 2023, using the Umbraco Cloud chat support will not show in the history of the tickets portal. Any support queries created after the 1st of November, 2023, will be mapped and available in the tickets portal.
If you have used the old support platform to create support queries, we will migrate the historical data, and it will be available on the tickets portal no later than the 3rd of February, 2024.
If you still cannot see the tickets portal, please open a new support conversation via the speech bubble. We are happy to help!
