I have completed the training course, but I do not have access to the exam. Why is this?

I've completed the training course, but the progress tracker says it's only completed 99%. How can I get it to 100%?

My training progress tracker shows only 99%, but when I look at the chapters, all of them are marked as read. How do I complete the training course?

To complete the training course and get access to the exam, you need to have completed the course 100%. Sometimes, the progress bar will look like it's complete, but when you click on it, it will show that only 99% is complete.

This is usually because not all videos have been started.

When you click on the progress bar, you can identify what is missing in order to complete the course 100%. This could be a video you haven't started yet or a knowledge check you haven't completed.

You can expand each chapter and section in the training course to identify which video you have not seen yet.

You must have started all videos in the training course to complete the course 100% and get access to the exam. You do not need to watch the entire videos. Having it running for a couple of seconds is enough.

Only when the progress tracker hits 100% you will get access to the exam.
