Umbraco Partners use specific administrative platforms that are distinct from the technical Umbraco Cloud environment. Use this guide to identify the correct portal based on the task.

As an Umbraco Partner, you have access to specific platforms designed to manage your partnership and agency growth: the Partner Dashboard and the Credits Portal. These portals are distinct from Umbraco Cloud Portal, which is used strictly for project development and hosting.

The Partner Portal is the administrative hub for your agency's relationship with Umbraco. It focuses on your market presence and partnership status.

  • Primary Purpose: Manage agency branding and partnership benefits.

  • Key Functions:

    • Maintain and update your agency profile.

    • Access and download Partner badges and official marketing resources.

    • Review and manage your specific partnership benefits.

  • Authentication: Requires a specific Provided Login (this is separate from a standard Umbraco ID).


2. Credits Portal - https://portal.umbraco.com/

The Credits Portal is a dedicated financial tracking tool for partners who utilize Umbraco credits for services or training.

  • Primary Purpose: Financial oversight of partnership transactions.

  • Key Functions:

    • View a clear overview of available credit balances.

    • Track all transaction history linked to your partnership.

    • Monitor usage and allocation of credits.

  • Authentication: Uses your Umbraco ID.
