Question: I’ve just passed a certification exam, but I don’t see myself listed on the certified developers page.
Answer: It can take up to 24 hours after passing the certification exam for your name to appear on the certified developers' page.
Profile
Question: My name is incorrect/incomplete on the training platform. How can I change it?
Answer: Log in to the Umbraco Cloud portal with the same credentials you use for the training platform. Click on the icon in the top right corner and click Profile. You can edit your profile and name here, and it will be updated on the training platform within around 24h.
Question: How can I change the company name on the certification page?
Answer: You can do this on your profile on https://training.umbraco.com/user.
Question: I have multiple accounts on the training platform. How can I merge them?
Answer: Reach out to training@umbraco.com, or, if this is what you've already done, tell Umboto that you'd like to speak to a human.

Answer: If you are a manager of the organization and have flexible seats, search and enroll yourself in the Manager activity course to find out how to assign members from your organization to courses and more.
Question: How can I get more flexible seats?
Answer: If you are a manager of the organization, you can write to credits@umbraco.dk and ask to convert partner credits to flexible seats.
Question: How do I enroll members from my organization in courses using credits?
Answer: You can use this form to register the members from your organization for courses or renewals using credits.
